We carefully select our suppliers, and we wish to support the local community by choosing local farmers of small scale and exquisite quality. Cretan traditional cuisine inspires us. We choose products cultivated with love and care by small and independent farmers from Crete’s beautiful and fertile land. We always strive to enrich our menu by adding more organic goods to our offer.
